Mr. Fryman oversees client services and project management, coordinating all design, due diligence, pre-construction bidding, project oversight, and client communication.
Mr. McAtee is responsible for ongoing client services and ongoing project management throughout the design, construction, and completion of projects. He also manages all documentation and filings, the close-out process, and ongoing lease management.
Ms. Davis is responsible for coordinating all RFP project bidding with contractors to obtain pricing. She also assesses and awards contracts after lease execution and performs routine warranty and maintenance on existing facilities.
Mr. Bender is responsible for ongoing client services and ongoing project management throughout the design, construction, and completion of projects.
Mr. Setzer is responsible for overseeing the accounting and finance aspects of the firm’s projects.
Ms. Fangmeyer serves as supervisor of office personnel and is responsible for all organizational accounting, including payables, receivables, bank accounts, payroll, and financials.
Mr. Markham is responsible for negotiating, drafting, and reviewing contracts, leases, agreements, title policies, corporate and other legal documents as well as assessing the legal risks and general counsel on legal matters.
