BRETT T. SETZER
Mr. Setzer formed Setzer Properties in 1989 with a vision for a real estate investment company that excels in distribution projects nationwide. As primary owner, CEO and President, Brett works on the company’s long-term strategies and strategic partnerships while managing day-to-day operations and bottom-line performance.
Mr. Hudson is responsible for all financial aspects, including debt and private equity placement, lease negotiations, acquisition and disposition of assets and financial reporting. He has been with Setzer Properties since 2006.
Mr. Fryman oversees client services and project management, coordinating all design, due diligence, pre-construction bidding, project oversight and client communication. Keith joined Setzer Properties in 1999.
Ms. Arnold is responsible for all organizational accounting, including payables, receivables, bank accounts, payroll and financials. She has been with Setzer Properties since 1989.
Mr. McAtee is responsible for overseeing project details, including all documentation and filings, the close-out process, and ongoing lease management. He has been with Setzer Properties since 2009.
Mrs. Davis is responsible for ongoing client services upon project completion, including oversight of all warranty and maintenance responsibilities. She has been with Setzer Properties since 2010.
Mr. Markham is responsible for negotiating, drafting and reviewing contracts, leases, agreements, title policies, corporate and other legal documents as well as assessing the legal risks and general counsel on legal matters. He has been with Setzer Properties since 2015.
Mr. Bender’s responsibilities included on-site representation and management throughout the project, ongoing client services and ongoing project management throughout design, construction and completion of projects. Scott joined Setzer Properties in 2018.
