Setzer Properties was established in 1989 by Brett T. Setzer as a national real estate investment and development firm based in Lexington, Kentucky. The company plans, develops and maintains a broad portfolio of properties throughout the United States, with emphasis on industrial, office and retail spaces. By investing company capital to acquire, improve and manage projects in chosen real estate sectors, the company has grown and continues to strengthen its position as an industry leader.
